well this summer I thought it would be SO cool if me and my friend went to work at the same place. Since were on the high school swim team I thought "lifeguards" so we applied online (he applied a week earlier) and he just got an E-mail saying he got the job, but he didn't go in for an interview. so should I?? P.S I don't have a lifeguards license but he said I could get one easy in about a week or so.|||For sure I don't know what job doesn't need an interview, so go.|||Absolutely! They probably want to see more since they are probably getting a lot of other people wanted this job so go with a big smile and make the best out of this opportunity|||You want the job dont you ? most of the girls were in tiny bikinis and they all had werid bodies! some were fat, some were not proportional and its werid cuz most of them did i couldnt find like one girl with a nice body same goes for the guys ?|||just becuase they don't have what your definition of a good body is in a bikini, doesn't mean they shouldn't wear one. its not your problem. at least girls there who didn't have "nice bodies" were mature and confident enough to wear it, despite what people like YOU may think of them. our bodies are different from one another. just respect it.|||i dont get it what is your question? its america and everyone is getting fat hahaha hmm tell them to keep a steady diet and dont be so lazy and to get off their butt and work out for once maybe it was a dream? hahaha

So, I'm going there this weekend for the first time in about 4 years? Anyways, I want to bring a (water proof) camera there, and bring it up to the rides, but I don't know if they'll let me, so anyone know the answer to that one? Oh and, food and drinks. What type of food and drinks are we allowed to bring in there? At the website, there's no information :( I prefer if you answer it from personal experience or you know for sure. I don't really like, "I think.." or "most likely..." or "maybe..." Straight answers are better. Thanks :)|||I know for sure they won't let you take the camera on any of the slides for safety reasons, but I have used one in the wave pool, lazy river, and general play areas. You are not really allowed to bring any outside food into the park at all, but we always bring a backpack with towels and extra clothes and just stuff a water bottle, a sandwich and some snacks (nuts, fruit snacks, candy, pretzels, fruit, etc.) in there too. No one has ever given us a hard time at security when they check the bags, just be sure nothing is in a glass container. Have a great time :D

I was just at Six Flags St. Louis yesterday with my sister (it was amazing by the way) we just did roller coasters though. Next week we're going back to do the water rides, and my little cousin is coming with us. She's concerned about the water depth, because she's not a very good swimmer. I tried to assure her that there was nothing to worry about, but she's still a little worried so I want to make sure she's fine with going. She's 11 but she's tall for her age, almost as tall as me and I'm 5'8. Are there any water rides that are deeper and that she should stay away from? Thanks for the help!|||You've got nothing to worry about. However, if she's not a good swimmer, and the lifeguards see this (there are lifeguards at the bottom of each slide to help people out of the water) they may ask her to wear a life jacket on the slides. As far as the pools being really deep, most are pretty shallow, and if she has trouble "swimming out" of the pool, a lifeguard will be more than happy to assist her.|||None of them are deep, the water rides are 4ft and less mostly 3ft i think. but there are life guards at every ride section and area. nothing to worry about =)

ok so im 20 and my dads ganna buy me and my lil bro (11) season passes to go there. thing is, i dont mind going but im not to happy bout my arms, there pretty skinny...i used to work out since mid feb but stopped cuz i really needed to focus on college work. anyways, i got a 6 pack, dk if that helps.... i guess my question really is: whats the best/fast way to increase in the arm area as well as get a tan b4 i go..you could say i got a farmers tan..it stops halfway up my arm and my neck...so if i just sit in the sun for like 30 min a day would it help? he plans on buying the season pass bout this mid month|||Start lifting weights, anything that's heavy enough to strain your arms, use sunblock on the areas of your body that already have enough "color" while your sun bathing for everyday for at least 30 mins. i need to know which has more better and faster rides...|||I like Hurricane Harbor, but I've never been to Wild Rivers. I would like to try Raging Water.|||Six Flags Hurricane Harbor... though it's a bit far but I like Hurrican Harbor better than Wild Rivers! What about Raging Water? I'd still think that's the best...!!|||if you want in la area, then go with hurrcane harbor. wild rivers is in south orange county. it's closing after the end of this season, so if you have a strong urge to go, go before it's too late. raging waters is also in orange county.
