If Hurricane Harbor is connected to the theme park (Great America, New England, America, etc.) than admission is included for both the theme park and water park. If it is not connected, but in the same location/next to the theme park (Great Adventure, Magic Mountain, Over Georgia, etc.) than admission is separate.
