It's on a t-shirt from To Write Love On Her Arms.|||Maybe the hurricane is death and the harbor is life. The hurricane claims to save her from life's misery yet the harbor (think of the harbor as life, love, happiness, the positive future, etc.) claims to save her from the hurricane's tragic waves. Maybe the harbor is saving her from trying to kill herself or something like that. If she is walking between the hurricane (death) and the harbor (life) perhaps she is on edge and has hope for the future (the harbor) but the negative things in life (The hurricane) tumble upon her. That probably made no sense at all, but good luck figuring out what it means. :)|||I think that it is definately about being caught between the desire to live and the desire to die, but i think that the Hurricane is life and the Harbour is death. Life is a mess but it's a good mess ya'know? It's a hurricane of choice and chance. Death is easy, it's a safe bet, it's a harbour.
